📋 Description
- Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to define enterprise-wide AI and agentic transformation
- Work across strategy and execution to diagnose issues, align stakeholders, and drive measurable
- Lead transformation domains including AI strategy, CX design, cloud migration, and operating model
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and executive materials to support decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather input and drive consensus.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans with milestones and owners.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory.
- Experience shaping AI/digital transformation programs at executive level with sponsorship and
- Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems (ACD routing, IVR, WFM, QA, omnichannel).
- Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation in CCaaS/UCaaS contexts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate across multiple functions and industries with credible delivery.
