📋 Description

• Hybrid Santa Clara, in-office Tue-Thu, reporting to AI Transformation Director in Global HR
• Lead transition to AI-native HR by encoding practitioner judgment into governed agents
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering on hard integration

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in HR tech, people ops, or related transformation roles
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools used in real work
• Technical fluency to design agent architecture, govern MCPs, and evaluate system outputs
• Proven track record taking solutions from problem ID to real adoption; upskilling others
• Autonomous, self-directed senior individual contributor in an evolving domain
