📋 Description
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under PT supervision
- Deliver PTA services in outpatient orthopedic settings
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function
- Provide patient education and create individualized treatment plans
- Contribute to onboarding and mentorship for new-grad PTAs
- Support continuous improvement and collaboration with clinical team
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- PTA license (or eligibility) in the state of practice
- Active or eligible PTA license for clinical practice
- Ability to deliver hands-on, patient-focused care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient outcomes and professional development
