• Own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to offers and onboarding handoff.
• Coordinate headcount reconciliation, compensation alignment, and equity discussions.
• Ensure recruitment projects meet milestones with strong administrative discipline.
• Engage passive and active talent globally and guide candidates through the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with senior leaders in SaaS/Tech.
• 3+ years specializing in Sales Recruiting.
• Remote-first experience and strong communication in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiar with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
