📋 Description
- Lead onboarding for Care Pros and Clients to the Care Platform
- Onsite and virtual onboarding sessions; travel 30-40%
- Refine client care information and verify care plans
- Assess risks and mitigate onboarding challenges
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
- Collaborate with Franchise teams and internal partners
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2+ years in onboarding, training, CS, or compliance
- 3-5 years in healthcare, franchising, or operations preferred
- Strong org skills and communication
- Knowledge of state/federal employment compliance
- Ability to travel and manage multiple cohorts
