📋 Description
- Design and scale enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch
- Own growth, career pathing, and internal mobility programs
- Lead HiPo and leadership development programs
- Redesign onboarding program end-to-end
- Manage multiple programs from concept to scale
- Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, and business leaders
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development
- Mastery of instructional design and leadership theory
- Exceptional program management across multiple builds
- Fluency with learning tech and LMS (e.g., LearnUpon)
- Strong analytical skills and dashboards
- High-impact communication with exec leadership
