📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues; escalate process or system gaps with store
• Support key operational functions: shipments, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, and floor
• Maintain strong visual standards and ensure smooth product flow on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business needs and guest satisfaction
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including merchandising placement and

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move around store constantly; lift up to 50 pounds
• Demonstrates strong business acumen using metrics to support strategies
• Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains strong communication with team
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
