📋 Description
- Senior program rep for contractual, technical, and operational matters
- Provide executive direction for contractor personnel on the Domestic Operations mission
- Ensure contract requirements across operations, DSCA, continuity, cyber, CWMD, and exercises
- Build relationships with National Guard Bureau, DoD, interagency partners, and states
- Direct performance to meet objectives, quality, and SLAs
- Lead planning, staffing, risk management, and execution activities
🎯 Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance; SCI eligibility maintained
- Bachelor’s in business, emergency management, or related field
- 15+ years in DoD/ homeland security leadership roles
- 8+ years managing large multidisciplinary contracts
- Experience with geographically dispersed teams and national defense contracts
- Strong communications; executive briefing experience
