📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipping, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and product flow on the sales floor
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Management on store initiatives
• Move dynamically to meet business needs and guest expectations
• Assist in duties to keep store safe, inviting, and efficient

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds; stand for long periods
• Strong communication and collaboration with store leadership
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team
• Align with ALO’s guiding principles and brand standards
