Sales and Education Executive

📋 Description

• Represent brands (StriVectin, PanOxyl, Blue Lizard) in assigned territory
• 90% field-based role blending sales strategy, in-store education, events, relationships
• Drive retail performance across Ulta Beauty locations in the territory

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years retail management, cosmetics/beauty preferred
• Meet/exceed sales goals in fast-paced retail
• Strong sales execution and operational excellence
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organization, time management, follow-through
• People management and team development experience
