📋 Description

• Lead full launch function end-to-end for CookUnity Smart Fridge program
• Scale deployments from 80-100 new units across offices, factories, and real estate
• Build scalable, repeatable launch infrastructure while still flying on-site when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in operations, field services, retail expansion, or consumer-facing launch functions
• Hands-on, comfortable doing work, not just directing others
• Proven track record managing concurrent hardware/physical infrastructure rollouts
• Experience scaling operational functions into repeatable engines; strong financial fluency
• Bias toward action in ambiguous environments; cross-functional alignment without formal authority
• Willingness to travel for launches, market builds, and field audits
