Deployment Manager (Client Services)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of EvolutionIQ AI products for enterprise clients
• Manage full lifecycle implementations from kickoff to go-live and support transition
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services teams
• Serve as primary point of contact for client executives and stakeholders
• Drive adoption, training, and readiness to realize long-term value
• Continuously improve deployment methodologies and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in software implementation, project management, or client delivery in enterprise SaaS
• Proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments
• Experience with executive-level stakeholders (internal and external)
• Exceptional project management skills (planning, execution, risk mgmt, prioritization)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Experience cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams
