📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across design, engineering, QA, and product.
• Governance, program planning, schedules, RAIDD logs, and performance reporting.
• Apply agile and lean delivery methods to ensure successful, transparent delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in project or program management; 3+ years in telecom
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Proven digital telecom project delivery, ideally in LATAM/Mexico
• Strong PM toolset: Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, Smartsheet
• Experience with agile and lean delivery; digital transformation and organizational change
• Excellent communication; ability to translate complex topics for technical and executive audiences
