Personnel Security Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as CPSO for classified contracts and manage personnel actions
• Expand security education and training for cleared personnel
• Build workflows for PERSEC casework across DoD/DoW and IC systems
• End-to-end clearance actions for collateral and SCI contracts
• Manage SEAD 3 reports and foreign travel reporting
• Backup coverage for FSO on FCL matters

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Extensive end-to-end classified contract management experience
• Hands-on DoD/DoW and IC PERSEC knowledge (VARs, NISPOM, SEAD 3, NISS, DISS, SWFT, NBIS)
• Experience with collateral and SCI PERSEC requirements
• Experience designing and delivering security training
• Independent, proactive work style in compliance-driven environments
