🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent
• Admitted to NYS or able to waive into New York
• 1-3 years in commercial/transactional law
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Excellent communication with customers and partners
• Highly organized with attention to detail
