🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in full-lifecycle recruiting.
• Core Recruiting Mastery: campus recruiting, university relations, sourcing, or tech recruiting.
• Event & Project Management: experience with campus events and HR projects.
• Communication & Tech: strong presentation skills; proficient with ATS, Google Slides
• Agility & Travel: ability to manage priorities; travel up to 20% for campus visits/events.
