Director, Field Engineering (CPG & Retail)

📋 Description

• Lead a pre-sales and solutions architecture team focused on Retail and CPG customers.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive growth and enterprise
• Demonstrate Databricks value through business outcomes in data, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud.
• Manage first-line Managers and a growing FE team to deliver customer outcomes at scale.
• Develop executive relationships and understand industry priorities to expand strategic accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of second-line leadership overseeing 30+ teammates; 10+ years overall leadership.
• Proven success leading high-growth enterprise software pre-sales in
• Experience with large-scale data/analytics initiatives in Retail or CPG; ability to engage
• Track record of delivering transformational outcomes and driving platform adoption with Databricks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
