Sr. Technical Recruiter (Redmond)

📋 Description

• Full desk recruiting for mission-critical roles across SpaceX
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent; represent SpaceX professionally
• Collaborate with client groups on headcount, strategy, and feedback
• Conduct candidate tours and participate in onsite interviews
• Manage offer process, background checks, and onboarding steps
• Maintain candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or related experience
• 3+ years of technical recruiting and high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with in-house recruiting and recruiting electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineers
• Strong ability to multi-task, build relationships, and present candidates effectively
• Comfort with data review/reporting and non-standard sourcing methods
• Onsite in Redmond, WA; ability to work extended hours/weekends as needed
