Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end Payroll implementations for new and expansion customers through go-live
- Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, and responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions to translate requirements into system config
- Coordinate onboarding with Payroll partner Salsa
- Oversee configuration strategy and validation prior to go-live
- Identify delivery risks and adjust plans to maintain quality
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8+ years in implementation, PM, payroll services, or customer delivery
- Experience leading complex customer implementations
- Experience with third-party partners in structured delivery
- Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services preferred
- Strong PM, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder mgmt
