Senior Contract Lead

📋 Description

• Senior individual contributor in Go-to-Market dealing with end-to-end contract negotiations.
• Own redlines on MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, security and privacy exhibits, and amendments.
• Draft language and compromises; manage order-form mechanics, definitions, terms, and exhibits.
• Negotiate directly with customer counsel, procurement, and third-party risk teams.
• Escalate to Legal only for novel or high-risk issues; coordinate with Security, Finance, Product
• Maintain durable records of positions to accelerate future negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years negotiating commercial technology agreements, with substantial enterprise SaaS experience
• Deep knowledge of liability, indemnification, IP/data ownership, data security/privacy exhibits
• Proven drafting range; able to produce clauses that solve the commercial problem.
• Demonstrated autonomy and ability to close deals; strong judgment on when to escalate.
• Composure and throughput at quarter end; JD or senior paralegal/contract manager background
• Prior experience with deal desks and cross-functional coordination is a plus.
