📋 Description
- Deliver therapy to the Agua Fria school district employees (virtually and in-person)
- Full-time: 30-35 hours/week; Mon-Thu 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm and Fri 11am-6pm; Sat option available
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Manage caseload and schedule in partnership with the school district
🎯 Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed
- Must reside in a state where the company operates; AZ residency required for hybrid roles
- Trauma-informed, evidence-based practices; strong skills in initial triage, risk
- Proficient with technology including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
