🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years in performance mgmt, coaching, or HR roles
• Customer-centric communication across video, Slack, and email
• Ability to handle feedback objectively and drive action
• Action-oriented coaching to create clear plans
• Decision-making with limited data
