- Lead development and delivery of annual US sales training strategy
- Build curriculum with cross-functional teams (Training, Medical, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
- Manage budgets and provide training design/development support
- Coach and develop direct reports; foster engaging, high-performing culture
- Drive learning impact measurement and data-driven updates
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-15 years in pharma/healthcare sales/management
- Heme Onc or Multiple Myeloma experience strongly preferred
- Experience designing launch training journeys and curricula
- Knowledge of instructional design systems and curriculum design
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional project management
