• In-house Senior Counsel for Patent Prosecution
• Support AbbVie’s Aesthetic, Eye Care and other areas
• Hybrid work model; on-site 3+ days/week in Irvine, CA or North Chicago, IL; offices in Waltham, MA

🎯 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school; state bar admission enabling in-house practice
• Registration to practice before the USPTO
• 5+ years patent law experience in a law firm and/or life sciences company
• Technical background in medical devices, aesthetics, or pharma; degrees in biotechnology
• Strong legal, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills
