• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong employee relations and performance management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• High judgment and discretion with sensitive issues.
• Organized with multiple priorities; enthusiasm for AI in day-to-day work.
