📋 Description
- Partner with leadership to execute HR strategy for talent, recruiting, retention and succession
- Administer core HR programs: benefits, leave, performance, safety, training and development
- Manage employee files, transfers, compensation changes, verifications and documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding with administrative tasks
- Oversee payroll functions to ensure timely, compliant pay
- Champion culture and people partnership through events and liaison with employees
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent
- 5+ years HR experience, including distribution setting
- Experience in regulated industry compliance, licensing and safety
- Knowledge of employment law, compensation, planning, recruitment, development, safety and engagement
- People management experience with coaching and performance management
- SHRM/PHR certification a plus; PEO experience required
