Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

📋 Description

• Provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters; advise business
• Lead lawyer on legal requests; guide contract risks and commercial solutions for Sales teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, addenda, NDAs, termination letters, and other
• Maintain contract templates, oversee internal approvals, and collaborate with insurers on
• Provide ongoing training to the Americas Sales Team on legal matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on actions to address upcoming requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• 10 years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer, including at least 3 years of
• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills
