• Partner to leaders across Engineering, Product, Design
• Help with org design, workforce planning, team effectiveness
• Collaborate on headcount and compensation planning
• Build HRBP playbooks for scalable operations
• Coach leaders on performance, culture, and feedback
• Drive change management during growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR/HRBP in high-growth SaaS/tech
• Experience advising executives across functions
• Expertise in org design, workforce planning, succession
• Strong performance mgmt, employee relations, comp, engagement
• Able to scale HRBP functions to mature teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, trust-building
