📋 Description

• Lead Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives in Mascot with relocation to Sydney CBD
• Drive a culture of safety and psychosocial risk management across office and field environments.
• Manage WorkCover claims, incident investigations, and Return to Work outcomes.
• Lead strategic wellbeing projects and provide data-driven insights on safety and psychosocial
• Maintain compliance with ANZ WHS legislation and risk assessments for all environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in WHS/EHS or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training
• Return to Work Coordinator Certificate and Qualified First Aider
• Expertise in WorkCover, Rehabilitation, Return to Work and Injury Management
• Experience in end-to-end injury management and workers’ compensation
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic planning skills
