Sr. Technical Recruiter (Bastrop)

📋 Description

• Run a full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talent for mission-critical
• Represent SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm to candidates as the first SpaceX contact.
• Collaborate with client groups; manage onboarding and candidate experience in a fast-paced
• Provide tours to candidates and participate in interviews with hiring teams.
• Lead offer process including background checks and negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years recruiting OR associate degree + 6+ years recruiting OR 7+ years
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
• Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Strong ability to multi-task, build relationships, and present candidates effectively.
