DaVinci Area Sales Manager

📋 Description

• Sell the daVinci Surgical System to hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Drive system adoption to improve clinical outcomes.
• Manage the complex sales process of the daVinci Surgical Systems into new or existing hospitals.
• Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies to maximize system adoption.
• Lead multiple projects to maintain pipeline health and achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Sales, marketing, and cross-functions to grow utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Approximately 10–12 years of commercial experience; minimum 5 years in healthcare/high-tech sales
• Proven sales track record with strong influence and engagement skills
• Self-motivated with metric-based process orientation
• Excellent market insight, leadership presence, and project management abilities
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication in Korean and English
