Lead Payroll Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery and implementation of complex Payroll projects for Deputy’s largest
• Act as trusted advisor, provide best practices, and identify opportunities during payroll
• Mentor junior team members on best practices, technical nuances, and customer engagement strategies.
• Define and communicate project plans with timelines and deliverables; design custom solutions with
• Collaborate with CX Engineers and delivery partners to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Map customer business structures to the Deputy platform, optimizing for usability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, or project management; at least 3
• Strong ability to document deliverables: requirements specs, gap analyses, use cases, acceptance
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications and implementation cycles for both internal and
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage work with limited time frames.
• Ability to relate to both technical and non-technical project team members.
