📋 Description
- Assist with financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Perform quality of earnings, EBITDA, and revenue analyses
- Analyze working capital, AR/AP, and cash flow drivers
- Evaluate revenue recognition practices and identify risks
- Conduct gross margin and profitability analyses across products
- Organize, manage, and track client data requests during engagements
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license, CPA candidate, or progress toward certification preferred
- 2-4 years in Transaction Advisory or related fields
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience with large data sets and financial modeling preferred
- Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts; ability to travel
