📋 Description
- Lead dbt community efforts and growth.
- Manage and grow the dbt Slack community globally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve member experience.
- Surface insights to Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
- Oversee community tools, workflows, and governance.
- Support cross-channel engagement beyond Slack.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management at scale.
- Experience running large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum).
- Strong understanding of community dynamics and trust-building.
- Proven moderation/workflow design with Code of Conduct enforcement.
- Excellent written comms and facilitation skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (Slack workflows, Common Room, etc.).
