Business Solution Specialist (Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring that processes and systems deliver
• Assisting end-users, resolving issues and providing guidance on new features and functionalities
• Creating and executing test cases, validating results, and supporting the smooth roll-out of new
• Working closely with colleagues across business and IT to align priorities, securing buy-in, and
• Identifying inefficiencies, proposing improvements, and challenging existing processes to optimise

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant master’s degree (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, IT) or equivalent experience
• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Business Developer, ideally within retail
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems
• Basic knowledge of data structures and a solid grasp of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with SAP ERP (not a requirement)
