📋 Description

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering enhancement volumes, cycle times
• Establish performance baselines and monitor trends to provide leadership with clear visibility into
• Analyze internal and vendor-related costs, vendor utilization, service-level performance, and cost
• Track vendor performance against established expectations and surface operational or financial
• Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, contribute to standard operating procedures, and
• Support pilot programs and program rollouts by validating data, tracking issues, documenting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret operational and
