📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end IT audit delivery with executive-quality standards.
• Build and scale a risk-based Internal Audit function in a fast, global environment.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, and Security to implement scalable controls.
• Integrate AI risk, governance, and data privacy into audit approach.

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years in progressive roles, 5+ years in IT risk-based audit leadership.
• Proven track record building risk-based Internal Audit from the ground up; knowledge of IIA
• Experience delivering audits in fast-paced, agile tech settings with evolving risk landscapes.
• Exceptional written communication; ability to translate complex findings into clear narratives.
• Collaborative, relationship-driven; ability to influence across all organization levels.
• Strong technical depth with ability to translate into actionable insights for technical and
