Proposal Manager - Power Transformers

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end proposal activities for large power transformer projects across Canada and the US
• Review customer specs, tender docs, and commercial requirements to identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, procurement, finance, legal and others to develop quotations
• Establish proposal schedules, milestones, and internal reviews to ensure timely submissions
• Develop pricing models and obtain internal approvals before submission
• Facilitate transition of awarded contracts to project management with key info communicated

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is an asset
• 5+ years in proposal management, bid management, or related field
• Strong ability to interpret technical specs, customer requirements, and commercial docs
• Understanding of commercial risks, pricing, contractual requirements, and proposal processes
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication skills
