Job Description
📋 Description
- Develop, implement, operate and improve the EHS management system across manufacturing
- Lead EHS strategy, policies, budgets and KPI reporting to Management.
- Oversee safety management of machinery, robots and thermal equipment; manage LOTO, height work
- Coordinate chemical management, lab safety, SDS, GHS, inventory, waste and laboratory operations.
- Lead environmental permits, waste/wastewater, emissions and noise monitoring; ensure regulatory
- Establish and run Emergency Response Team and fire safety plans; organize drills and system
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering
- Minimum 5 years EHS experience; at least 2 years in people management.
- Experience in chemical management and laboratory safety.
- Good command of English.
- KPIs: zero serious accidents; 100% legal compliance; 100% chemical management compliance; CAPA
