Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services

📋 Description

• Lead CRO laboratory projects across disciplines to accelerate therapeutics development
• Oversee planning, risk management, budgets, and timelines from conception to close-out
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as client-facing liaison for study delivery
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure adherence to policies and processes
• Monitor performance against contracted timelines and budgets; escalate variances
• Produce project reports and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• Experience as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories in CRO, pharma, or biotech
• Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong MS Office/MS 365 proficiency; data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~10-25%)
• Fluent English (read/write/speak)
