Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Own and lead end-to-end collections across global entities; target <10% past-due AR.
• Escalate high-value or sensitive customer accounts; resolve disputes proactively.
• Coordinate tasks in NetSuite for junior AR staff and monitor follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, and Finance to ensure timely collections.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years AR experience, including global collections.
• Hands-on with ERP systems (NetSuite), Dunning tools, and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; ability to drive execution under deadlines.
