Compliance Analyst, Expert Network

📋 Description

• Support AlphaSense's expert network compliance program, including policies, training logistics, and
• Conduct expert onboarding and screening reviews (conflicts, confidentiality, MNPI risk) per
• Perform pre-call, live-call, and post-call compliance reviews and escalate issues per procedures.
• Support compliance monitoring tools and call screening analytics; track and resolve flagged items.
• Assist with compliance risk assessments, annual testing, and maintain governance docs and training
• Prepare background materials for client due diligence and compliance discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 2 years in operations, administrative, customer support, compliance operations, or similar
• Familiarity with securities laws, insider trading, MNPI, conflict of interest principles
• Highly detail-oriented with adherence to policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Strong written English communication; follow templates and produce professional responses.
• Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Sound judgment to know when to escalate to senior leadership and when to rely on established
