Senior People Operations Generalist, EMEA

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle for global population
• Own global compliance programs; build, maintain, improve processes
• Primary contact for employees, managers, external partners during EMEA/JAPAC hours
• Partner with payroll/EOR platforms to manage country-specific requirements
• Build and maintain SOPs for global processes
• Represent People Ops on EMEA/JAPAC matters

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of HR/People Ops experience in multi-country org
• Experience running compliance as a program
• Strong knowledge of employment law in at least one region outside the US (EMEA/JAPAC)
• GDPR and HR data protection knowledge
• Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms (Workday, Deel, Remote)
• Independent worker in a global, distributed team
