Project Manager, Central Laboratory Services

📋 Description

• Lead CRO lab projects across disciplines to accelerate therapies
• Client-facing role translating plans into action and results
• Cross-functional leadership; manage timelines, budget, and scope
• Coordinate data, inventory, shipping, and project communications
• Mentor junior PMs and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment
• Travel domestically/internationally (~10-25%) as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field
• PM experience in Central Laboratories (CRO/Pharma/Biotech)
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Strong MS Office/MS365 proficiency
• Strong project management, data analysis, and budgeting skills
• Fluent English; able to travel; willing to work remotely
