📋 Description
- Remote-first procurement role focusing on indirect sourcing (tech & corporate)
- Support categories: Software, Sales & Marketing, External Workforce, Professional Services, HR
- Develop category strategy and drive large-scale procurement improvements
- Lead contract negotiations and supplier onboarding to optimize total cost of ownership
- Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing with business roadmaps
- Deliver S2P improvement projects and manage vendor performance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Operations; 7+ years in senior
- Experience building category strategies and achieving savings
- Negotiation of complex contracts; strong analytical/financial skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes (RFX, benchmarks, should-cost, etc.)
- KPIs, scorecards, QBRs; contract drafting knowledge (MSAs, DPAs, service orders)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
