📋 Description
- Lead Harvey’s government/public sector legal function
- Advise on procurements and government opportunities
- Draft/review complex government contracts and AI SaaS agreements
- Provide training and contract lifecycle counsel
- Collaborate with GTM, Engineering, Product, Security
- Hybrid/remote options with US base flexibility
🎯 Requirements
- A law degree from an accredited school
- Admitted to practice in CA, NY, or DC preferred
- 7+ years of law firm/in-house experience
- Strong SaaS/IP licensing and gov't contracts background
- Experience negotiating with federal/state/local gov'ts
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regs
