📋 Description

• Strategic alignment: Monthly All-Hands planning, run of show, production, Q&A, measurement, and
• Intranet rebuild: Create single source of truth for employee resources and information.
• Day-to-day operations: Audit and manage Slack channels; curate content; minimize noise.
• Editorial governance: Establish newsletters with cadence and standards.
• Leadership enablement: Manage senior leader and manager forums, agendas, content, and executive
• Enable managers with consistent communications for cascading to teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional communications experience.
• Proven track record building or scaling internal comms programs from the ground up.
• Exceptional writing/editing; ability to draft in executive voice for employees.
• Strong program/project management; run multiple recurring programs without dropping the ball.
• Autonomy and comfort with ambiguity; plan, build, iterate.
• Executive presence and judgment; partner with CEO and leadership.
