📋 Description

• Coordinate transportation services for participants and enrollees
• Ensure vehicle safety and real-time updates
• Manage add-ons, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute changes
• Provide a seamless participant experience through effective communication
• Maintain daily transportation schedules and logs
• Provide weekend dispatch coverage as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equiv; experience may substitute
• 4+ years in public or private transportation
• 2+ years as a dispatcher
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• DMV pull notice, background checks, and DOT exam clearance
• Eligible to drive under WelbeHealth auto insurance; age criteria apply
