Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare monthly management information, data tables and commentary
• Carry out financial analysis, reconciliations and data quality checks
• Support planning, forecasting and the 5-year financial planning process
• Review asset and investment performance against forecast and underwriting expectations
• Support the bi-annual asset valuation cycle
• Monitor liquidity requirements and support payment and documentation processes

🎯 Requirements

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, ideally, although near-qualified candidates may be considered
• Strong accounting, financial planning and analysis knowledge, including IFRS
• Confident Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with modelling and finance data
• Experience preparing high-quality financial analysis, reports or papers
• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a clear communication style
