📋 Description
- Lead Harvey’s government and public sector legal function
- Interface with GTM, product, engineering and security to execute government contracts and agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and AI SaaS agreements with federal
- Provide contract lifecycle counsel and address performance and compliance issues
- Develop trainings and resources for legal and cross-functional teams
🎯 Requirements
- Juris doctor from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in CA, NY, or DC (preferred)
- 7+ years of law firm/in-house experience
- Experience with complex SaaS/technology/IP licensing and government transactions
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS and government procurement processes
- Strong negotiation, collaboration, and project-management skills
